Cooking Instructions for Ragi Banana Pancakes

1. In a mixer, start by adding a peeled banana, one egg, ½ cup ragi flour, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp coconut sugar, 2 tbsp cacao powder, and ¼ tsp pink salt, and blend the ingredients until smooth.

2. Then, heat a non-stick pan on medium heat, add a spoon of pancake batter in the center, and swirl to a round shape.

3. Cook the pancake for 5 minutes and then flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes.

4. Remove on a plate and serve it hot with butter, maple syrup, or honey.

Healthy Ragi and Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Ragi flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or white sugar/ jaggery
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda or baking powder
  • ¼ tsp pink salt or table salt
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add 1 peeled banana, 1 egg, ¾ cup ragi flour, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp coconut sugar, 2 tbsp caco powder and ¼ tsp pink salt. blend the ingredients until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat, Grease the pan with some butter. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center and swirl to a round shape.
  • Cook the pancake for 5 minutes and then flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
  • Remove on a plate and serve hot with butter, maple syrup or honey.
