Summers, for me, means mangoes. As much as I dread the summer heat, I look forward to having these delicious juicy mangoes.

It’s the mango season around, and what better than making yourself this delicious glass of goodness.

Mangoes are flavorful, nutritious, and packed with various vitamins and minerals.

It can be used as a quick filling breakfast if you are running late or as a dessert if you crave some sweetness, but whatever the situation, it will surely keep you satiated for a long time.

Smoothies are an easy-to-make affair. Just put all the ingredients together in a blender, and voila, your nutrient-dense drink is ready.

Directions to make Mango Smoothie

1. Rinse the mangoes and chop them into small pieces.

2. Add two chopped mangoes, 2 tbsp yogurt, and a pinch of cinnamon powder, and blend until it’s smooth.

3. Serve it chilled and enjoy

A quick filling mango smoothie to keep you satiated for a long time.

  • 2 small mangoes
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • pinch of cardamom powder


  • Rinse and chop 2 mangoes into small pieces.
  • Add the chopped mangoes, a pinch of cardamom powder and 2 tbsp yogurt in a juicer.
  • Pulse until its thoroughly blended.
  • Serve it chilled.
