Directions to make the Healthy Spinach Wrap Recipe

1Firstly, rinse the spinach in a colander for a few seconds.

2. Then, add 02 cups of water to a pan and let it come to a boil. Next, add the spinach, and let it boil for a few seconds. Once it’s slightly boiled, rinse the water using a colander and keep the boiled spinach aside.

3. Now, add the boiled spinach, one egg, 1 tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tsp pink salt to a blender.

4. Blend the mixture to a smooth paste

5. Then, chop 4-5 mushrooms, ¼ red bell pepper, ½ green chilly, and 02 tbsp coriander leaves.

6. Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and saute the veggies for a minute. Once done, remove the veggies and keep them aside.

7. Then, add a spoon of the spinach batter to the same pan in the center and swirl to a round shape.

8. Cook for a minute and then flip and cook the other side.

9. Then, add the sauteed veggies to one wrap corner. Cover the pan and let it cook for a few seconds.

10. Once cooked well, fold it into a triangle and serve hot with your favorite dressing or sauce.
